See "Links" Below for product info and prices!Cut By Hand: These Laminates may be used whole or cut and trimmed by hand. *When cutting by hand, transfer design or pattern, then use an Xacto knife or a very sharp blade and make 2-3 light cutting passes over your design.Sandblasting: These Laminates may be Sand blast cut for best results and the Finest detail. *When Sandblasting, spray or brush coat 1-2 layers of shellac on both sides of the shell, this will prime the surface of the shell allowing you to Mask the shell surface, apply vinyl or duct tape to the back side, then double back tape the shell to a block of wood or metal that will hold the shell down while sand blasting. Transfer design or pattern, then trim or remove excess masked and blast with 100 grit Aluminum Oxide. After Blasting Submerse block of wood with the finish blasted shell into a bath of Acetone to soak overnight. The next day the mask and tapes should separate easily.As always, make a sample, Practice makes perfect. Avoid testing techniques on a customers project.*Wear Safety Equipment and appropriate Nosh respiratory Mask. Avoid breathing Shell Dust.
